Steelmax Return Policy

 

Return goods authorization

  • All merchandise returned to Steelmax must have a pre-approved Returned Goods Authorization number, which can be obtained by contacting Steelmax at the number below. RGA numbers must be clearly marked on merchandise packaging and documentation. Only current catalog items in new condition without modification will be accepted for return within 30 days from date of sale. Special order items may not be returned.

 

Shortage and Damage Claims

  • All shortage and damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier.

 

Warranty Claims

  • Steelmax warranty service will be handled according to the terms set forth in our Limited Warranty Agreement.
  • All consumables, including annular cutters, saw blades, cutting inserts and other items normally replaced at regular intervals are not warranted.
