Inside Sales Representative
Location: Steelmax Tools | 121 Southpointe Drive, Bridgeville, PA 15017
Steelmax Tools is looking for a dynamic inside sales representative for our Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, location who can become a key member of our sales team selling our line of portable steel fabrication tools and welding mechanization equipment. We are looking for someone with demonstrated sales skills and experience who is interested in growing into a more senior sales role in our company.

Responsibilities and Duties
Field incoming calls from customers and sales agents
Provide product availability, pricing, and delivery information
Understand customer needs and requirements and provide customer support with product descriptions and technical information
Develop customer quotes, follow up with customers on pricing and product availability
Resolve product and or delivery issues regarding shortages, damages, incorrect material and pricing discrepancies
Solve customer issues by investigating problems and developing appropriate solutions
Contribute to overall sales team efforts to meet company sales targets
Qualifications and Skills
Individual with a professional demeanor who is looking to jumpstart a career.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Must be able to work with colleagues, customers and suppliers and effectively communicate orally and in writing. Self-motivated to work independently and as a member of a team to provide high quality customer service and support.
Solid computer skills; Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook. Must be able to learn how to use company accounting system to answer customer questions (price and availability), verify on-hand quantities and prepare customer quotes, sales orders and shipment reports.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not absolutely essential.
Ambition to grow into a more senior sales role.
