PORTABLE HEAVY DUTY BEVELING MACHINE
The Steelmax BM 25 produces accurate, high quality, machined bevels from 0 to 90 degrees with a maximum bevel width up to 1” (25mm) using a high-speed rotary milling head with 5 replaceable carbide cutting inserts. The newly designed unit produces consistent and repeatable bevel geometry that promotes better fit-up and high-quality welding results which reduce costs and rework. The milled finish requires no additional grinding or secondary work, and plates are weld ready. In addition to producing high quality bevels, this versatile machine can be used for 90-degree plate facing for square groove butt welds.
The BM 25 from Steelmax is equipped with a powerful variable speed 2200-watt motor to assure efficiency in weld prep of steel plates, and it features an ergonomic design that allows each user to adjust grip and handle position to create maximum comfort during operation.
