The MPB 32 Pro Manual Pipe Beveling System from Steelmax will produce accurate weld preparation in minutes. As with all Steelmax pipe beveling solutions, the MPB 32 Pro will create highly repeatable and consistent fit-up, dramatically reducing cycle times and improving work flow. The MPB 32 Pro mounts to the outside edge of pipe or tubing with a minimum outside diameter of 10" (250 mm). In its standard configuration, the MPB-32 Pro can bevel pipe up to 32"(810 mm) in diameter. With an optional attachment, the MPB-32 Pro can bevel pipe of any diameter over 32", making this an incredibly versatile solution. By attaching to the pipe's circumference, the MPB 32 Pro compensates for out-of-round pipe and tubing and produces a consistent land dimension and bevel angle around the pipe. Outfitted with a heavy-duty, industrial motor with variable speed control, the MPB32 Pro turns at the optimal speed for efficient beveling of ferrous and non-ferrous pipes. FEATURES -

The machine can be used on flat, curved and radius cut edges and can countersink holes as small as 1-3/8” (35mm) diameter. The beveler is quick and simple to use it creates a perfect radius (R2, R3, R4 or R5) in just one pass, saving time and money over conventional grinding methods. The Steelmax BM18 is a light weight portable beveling machine for use on flat, curved or rolled plate. It can also perform OD and ID bevels on pipe, including deburring, and can chamfer and countersink holes with a minimum diameter of 1-9/16" (40 mm). Interchangeable bevel milling heads, utilizing indexable carbide inserts, are available for bevel angles of 22.5°, 30°, 37.5°, 45° and 60°. A radius milling head is also available with indexable carbide inserts to radius plate edges with a perfect 2, 3, 4 and 5 mm radius. The BM18 is equipped with a simple bevel depth adjustment, overload protection and electronic speed control for use on a variety of materials, including steel and aluminum. The BM18 beveler is highly efficient for edge weld preparation and for producing radiused plate edges for optimal paint and coating adhesion.
