Kevin Allen is the CEO of SMX Industrial Solutions and a Co-Founder and Managing Member at 5280 Partners. His career includes serving as Vice Chairman and CEO of Rifkin & Associates, where he directed capital acquisition and M&A efforts, raising over $1 billion in debt and equity capital and completing ten cable television acquisitions. He spent eight years as an Investment Banker at BT Securities Corporation and Prudential-Bache Capital Funding. Mr. Allen holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado.
