Self-Propelled, Inverting Beveling Machine Improves Safety & Reduces Material Handling
Le Steelmax ABM 50 produces accurate, high-quality, machined single and double-sided bevels on plates from 5/16” to 3-1/8” (8-80 mm) thick using a high-speed rotary milling head with replaceable carbide inserts. The machine features an infinitely adjustable bevel angle between 15 and 60 degrees and is capable of producing bevels up to 2” (50 mm) wide. The ABM 50 quickly inverts to produce double-side bevels without having to flip the plate - enhancing safety and reducing material handling time and expense. The ABM 50 incorporates onboard spindle speed adjustment to optimally bevel ferrous and non-ferrous materials and excels in beveling high tensile strength materials up to 450,000 PSI. The Compact Battery-Powered Welding Carriage
Le Eco Runner II is a battery-powered portable welding carriage designed to produce continuous fillet welds using MIG/MAG torches in the flat or vertical welding positions. Providing mechanized motion of the welding torch, the Eco Runner allows for continuous welding which increases operating factor and weld deposition rates. A 4-wheel drive system and permanent magnetic base provide powerful traction, smooth travel and stable speeds. A digital speed readout insures repeatability of the weld procedure and produces weld bead geometry that is exact to the required specifications, reducing costly over welding and substantially decreasing filler metal usage. A quick disconnect torch holder allows the torch to be easily swapped from one side of the Eco Runner to the other, enabling the operator to weld the entire workpiece from end to end. The TLB8000 is a telescopic wire feeder boom designed to support and easily position a welding wire feeder. Increased safety, organization and productivity are great benefits of our booms. The reach of the boom can be set from 128’’ (3251 mm) to 304’’ (7729 mm), and the boom can be rotated up to 180° around the vertical axis.
The reach of the TLB6000 boom can be set from 106’’ (2700 mm) to 236’’ (6000 mm), and the boom can be rotated up to 180° around the vertical axis.
